As you may already know, emergencies can happen at any time. If you company is exposed to offline or online media that is negative in any way, we can come to your aid.

What’s more is that your reputation may be damaged online quickly. With a few typed words and the click of the mouse you can lose business.

Retain us for last-minute emergencies and we’ll have the hose ready and be on standby. What this means for you is that you NEVER have to pay emergency rates for press releases and we will distribute your release once it is approved…. this usually means an hour or two versus three to four business days for the entire process.

What you get for the retainer fee:

>> Over the phone or via skype consultation and planning.

>> A draft within one hour of calling.

>> Online distribution within an hour of approval.

>> You get bumped to the head of the crowd.

The monthly retainer fee will cover one press release and one basic online distribution per month.

All this for $299 per month

The Fine Print: Our emergency rate for a press release (24 hour turn around) is $299 – the same as a monthly retainer. Your monthly retainer is payable each month on the same date. You may choose to use your press release during the month or deny it. You CAN roll over up to three press releases to the following months. Your account will never have a balance of higher than 3 PRs due.

Anything outside of these services, such as national media, will incur additional charges. Also, if you need us to consult you over the phone during an emergency we will bill you at a rate of $150 per hour. We may also fly to your location to assist with the crisis, however, all expenses and time will be billable.
